Getting ready for summer ........

First official day of spring, clocks moved forward to Summer time on Sunday morning, glorious sunshine temperatures of 23°C and Darrens’ birthday – what a week we’ve had!

It must be time to get ready for the summer season and what better way to start than with a little hair trim to tidy Darren up.  His Mum was over for a visit and kindly obliged with the kitchen scissors and a steady hand.  Much hilarity ensued!

 

But take heed Darren – be grateful that you were not around 100 years ago when the method was definately a little more basic as depicted here on a very early photograph from Brittany.
